Road Closure Gissing
NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL has made a Temporary Traffic Order affecting the U76040 Glebe Road from its junction with the C342 Rectory Road for a distance of 107 metres eastwards in the PARISH OF GISSING because of works to install signs at the bridge to the railway bridge.
The road will be temporarily closed (except for access) between 09:30 and 15:00 hours on 12th November 2020 for the duration of the works, expected to be 5 ½ hours the period.
Alternative route is via: U76040 Hall Green/ Gissing Road, C362 Rectory Road, A140 Ipswich Road, B1134 Station Road/ Long Row, C342 Rectory Road (Pulham Market, Aslacton, Gissing, Tivetshall).
(If necessary the restriction could run for a maximum period of 18 months from the date of the Order).
Penalty: £1000 maximum fine on conviction and/or endorsement for contravention.
In the event of the start date being delayed the new start date will be displayed on site in advance.
